Tres Leches is our Gusto del Mese for November, a delicious creation by Enric Bofill, our Expansion Director, inspired by one of Latin America’s most traditional and beloved desserts: the irresistible Pastel de Tres Leches.

Our gelato version combines the delicate creaminess of Fior di Latte and Vaniglia Bourbon gelato with soft layers of milk-soaked sponge cake, bringing that exceptionally moist, melt-in-the-mouth texture so characteristic of the original recipe. A subtle hint of cinnamon brings everything together, while crunchy caramel pearls add a delicious contrast to every spoonful.

A combination of tradition, creaminess and textures that transforms this much-loved dessert into a truly irresistible temptation.
