These Legal Terms and Conditions govern participation in all giveaways organized by Gelati Dino through its official social media profiles.
Participation in any giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
Gelati Dino is the organizer of the giveaways published on its official Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other social media profiles.
Gelati Dino reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any giveaway for justified reasons or in cases of force majeure, making every effort to communicate such changes through the same channels used to announce the giveaway.

2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways organized by Gelati Dino, unless a specific publication establishes particular conditions, which shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Any person who meets the requirements established in the corresponding giveaway post may participate.
Each giveaway may include specific requirements such as, but not limited to:
- Following Gelati Dino’s official account.
- Liking the giveaway post.
- Commenting on the post.
- Tagging another person.
- Sharing the post or Stories, when indicated.
- Any other requirement expressly stated.
Only participants who have correctly fulfilled all the requirements will be eligible. Gelati Dino reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
Each giveaway post will specify the participation start date.
If the post only states the day on which the winner will be announced and does not specify a closing time, entries submitted during that day will be considered valid until Gelati Dino carries out the random winner selection process.
Once the draw has been completed and the winner selected, no further entries will be accepted.
5. WINNER SELECTION
All giveaways will be conducted through a completely random selection process.
Before confirming the winner, Gelati Dino will verify that all the requirements established in the giveaway post have been met.
If the selected participant does not meet the requirements, a new winner will be selected. Gelati Dino may also designate alternate winners if deemed appropriate.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner’s name will be announced:
- In the giveaway post.
- On Gelati Dino’s official Stories.
In addition, Gelati Dino will always contact the winner via Direct Message (DM) sent from its official Instagram account.
Gelati Dino will never request:
- Passwords.
- Verification codes.
- Bank details in order to deliver a prize.
If a different account contacts a participant pretending to be Gelati Dino, it is a fraudulent account with no connection to the company.
If the winner does not respond within the period communicated by Gelati Dino, expressly declines the prize, or fails to meet the established requirements, Gelati Dino may select a new winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise in the giveaway publication.

Gelati Dino reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it detects:

- Automated entries.
- Failure to comply with the requirements.

- Offensive or inappropriate comments.
- Any conduct that may negatively affect the proper running of the giveaway.
Gelati Dino’s decision shall be final.

The personal data provided by participants will only be used to:
- Manage the giveaway.
- Contact the winner.
- Arrange prize delivery.

Gelati Dino shall not be held liable for:
- Technical errors affecting Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.
- Internet or connection failures.
- Problems arising from third-party applications.
- Circumstances beyond the organizer’s control that prevent the proper execution of the giveaway.
In cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Gelati Dino reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the giveaway.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform used do not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with these giveaways.
All information provided by participants will be processed exclusively by Gelati Dino.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in any giveaway organized by Gelati Dino constitutes full acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
Anyone who does not accept these Terms and Conditions is free to refrain from participating.
The organizer reserves the right to resolve any matters not expressly covered by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the principles of good faith, transparency and equal treatment of all participants.
