Banoffee & Cookies is our Gelato for a Cause, a delicious creation by our colleague Alba Belmonte from our Parquesur (Madrid) store, inspired by one of Britain’s best-known desserts: the irresistible Banoffee Pie.

A creamy banana sorbet base meets a generous topping of dulce de leche, while dark chocolate flakes and pieces of our chocolate chip cookies add that delicious crunch that turns every spoonful into pure indulgence.
