July is here, and with it comes Sapori di Sicilia, arriving in our display cabinets as a very special creation inspired by the most iconic flavours of Sicilian pastry tradition.

This new Gusto del Mese, inspired by our colleague Francesco Midiri, pays tribute to the filling of the traditional Cannolo Siciliano, one of Sicily’s most celebrated sweet specialties.

It begins with a smooth and creamy mató ice cream base, combined with candied fruit and crunchy pistachio pieces, classic ingredients of Sicilian confectionery. A delicate orange variegato provides the finishing touch, bringing freshness, aroma and perfect balance to every spoonful.

The result is a light, refreshing gelato full of personality, capable of transporting you straight to Sicily through its flavours, aromas and rich tradition.
