Can I collect points and redeem my rewards at all Gelati Dino locations?

You can collect miglia at all Gelati Dino shops in Spain except Zaragoza, Santa Margarita (Roses), Espai Gironès (Girona), Calafell (Costa Dorada), CC La Roca Village, CC CINESA (Barcelona), Carrer de Blai (Barcelona), and CC Gran Via 2 (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat).

When do the rewards from my AMICI card expire?

All rewards are valid for 1 month from the moment you receive them — but we hope to see you again much sooner!

What should I do if I have an issue or error with a reward?

Send us an email describing the issue along with your registration email to info@gelatidino.com so we can review it.
If the issue involves a coupon, please include the coupon information.

Questions about miglia accumulation?

If you think your miglia haven’t been added or have decreased, it may be due to a level change or because your card needs more time to update due to connectivity issues.

If after 24 hours you still haven’t received your miglia, write to us at info@gelatidino.com with the following information: registration email, purchase receipt, current points on your card, and the Gelati Dino shop where the purchase was made so we can verify what happened.
