Can I accumulate points and redeem my prizes at all Gelati Dino?

You will be able to accumulate miglia at all Gelati Dino in Spain except Zaragoza, Santa Margarida (Roses), Espai Girones (Girona), Calafell (Costa Daurada), CC La Roca Village, CC CINESA (Barcelona), Carrer de Blai (Barcelona), CC Gran Via 2 (L’Hospitalet de Llobre).

When do the prizes I get with my AMICI card expire?

All the prizes you get have a validity date of 1 month from the date you receive them, but we hope to see you before then!

What do I do if I have an incident or an error with a prize?

Send us an email with the incident and your registration email to info@gelatidino.com so we can review it; if the problem is a coupon, please include the information from said coupon.

Do you have doubts about the addition of miles?

If you think that your miles have not been added or have decreased, it may be because you have changed levels or that your card is taking a while to update due to coverage reasons.

If after 24 hours you still haven’t received your points, write to us at info@gelatidino.com with the following information: registration email, purchase receipt, current points on your card and the Gelati Dino where the consumption was made so that we can verify the information and see what happened.
